Paul is an emerging artist who has had a long history in the arts.
His impressionistic paintings are inspired by wildlife, urban & scenic landscapes.
Born in Sydney, raised in Canberra & after spending time living abroad in Asia, Paul now currently reside in Bayside Melbourne.
After 20 years as a professional graphic designer, with experience in print, digital and broadcast design for advertising agencies, Channel 9 & his own business, Paul has now happily returned to focusing on his own art, which has been hugely rewarding.
His philosophy is simple..draw freely, paint boldly, no black.
His two pieces in this year’s 2018 Bright Art Show ‘The Gang Gang’ & ‘Who?’ are parts of his latest bird series. With all his bird paintings he has looked to capture the sense that they are never still and are always moving.
